Race against a ghost of your fastest completed passage. Turn racing off for a quiet passage with no ahead/behind messages.

Fade navigation while typing. Moving the pointer or focusing a link brings it back.

Blur the typing area when your cursor is elsewhere on the page.

Show a QWERTY keyboard with the next key highlighted beneath passages, tests, and practice.

Follow your device or choose a light or dark page.

Change the font in passages, word tests, and replays. Code always uses monospace.

Adjust typing text while keeping it comfortable on smaller screens.

Choose the shape that marks your next character.

Animate the caret and scrolling. Your device’s reduced-motion preference always takes priority.

Blink the caret when you pause. Turn it off for a steady marker.

Show words per minute during a passage or timed run.

Show accuracy while typing, including first-try accuracy for passages.

Show how much of a passage you have typed.

Underline corrected characters in passages and replays. Corrections still count in first-try accuracy when hidden.

Underline target pairs and color their pace in drills. Coaching still measures them when hidden.

Choose the vocabulary for timed tests. Personal records compare runs from the same list and duration.

Set the practice-time target shown on your Progress page.

Start a replay when you open it. With reduced motion enabled on your device, replays wait for Play.

Remember your preferred playback speed. You can also change it within a replay.
